Last month we asked for your suggestions of everyday gadgets that you 'can't live without'. Here is the final list - it's rather long! Thanks very much for all your suggestions

-Loads of things other people have mentioned but also my exercise bike. Don't feel well enough to use it a lot of the time but it's the only exercise I get at the moment. Pedal gently if feeling off and speed it up when knees and hips not too bad. Do it in front of the telly in my bedroom so don't get bored. Really helps to loosen things up.
-Plugs with rings to pull on them (the sticky ones all came off so we bought some moulded plugs)

-having a pillow with integral speaker so I can listen to the radio at night without disturbing hubby
-using leggings instead of tights - with long skirts and flat boots.
-Inviting friends to eat with us (they cook)
-Frozen mash potato
-A cape instead of a coat or a woollen wrap
-changed door handles from knobs to levers
